FRONTDESK / RECEPTIONIST
Fresh/Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customer warmly and assist with massage inquiries and appointment bookings.
- Manage daily spa schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of services.
- Process customer payments accurately and maintain proper records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a cheerful and helpful attitude.
- Promote spa packages and support front desk sales activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception and spa environment.
- Perform basic administrative duties using Excel, Word, and other office software.
Requirements:
- 5 working days per week (shift-based)
- a) Morning Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- b) Noon Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
