CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Provide accurate product or service information and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, documentation, and general paperwork.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure records and documents are well organized.
- Assist with other operational or administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an added advantage.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
